500gm bamboo mussels-cleaned

ingredients A:
2 tbsp oil
5 small onions- chopped
4 pips garlic-chopped
 1 1/2 tbsp curry powder + 2 tbsp water to make a paste
1 sprig curry leaves
1 tbsp chopped chilly

Ingredient B:
3 tbsp water
1 tbsp anchovies granules
salt and pepper

How to make Curry bamboo mussels

1. Soak the mussel for 3 hours to get rid of the mud , making sure you cover enough water over the mussels. Drain.
2.Saute ingredient A in oil till aroma, Add the mussels and then water. season to taste. Serve hot.
