1 cup +2 tbsp flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp melted butter
1/4 cup water

Kaya- Egg custard jam.

3 tbsp Extra melted butter

How to make Deep fried Kaya Puffs

1. Mix the dough ingredients into a dough. Leave for 15 mins.
2. Divide dough into 3 parts . Roll out on floured board thinly. Spread 1 tsp extra melted butter over flatten dough. Use a knife cut from the center to the edge.
3 . Then roll from one end to the other like a cone.
4. Squash down with your palm and it will become a flat ball. leave to rise for 10 mins.
5. Heat a wok with 2 cups oil to medium. Roll out the dough after 10 mins thinly, and slight into hot oil and fry on both side till golden , drain well on kitchen towel.
6. Spread the pancake with kaya or jam or red bean paste. Fold into half and cut into 4 pieces. Serve warm.
