1 durian-1 pkt instant coconut milk powder
1/4 cup sugar or brown sugar or palm sugar
3 pandanus leaves
1 cups water
How to make Durian in Creamy coconut milk
1. Open the durian and get the yellow flesh .
2, Heat the water to boil and add coconut milk powder ,pandanus leaves and sugar . Add durian flesh and let boil for 10 mins.
3. Serve hot or cold.
