2 fish fillet- 500gmsalt and pepper
1 egg white
some cornflour
oil for frying
Wedges of lemon
How to make Fish fillet with lemon
1, Clean fillet and pat dry. Season it.
2. Coat with beaten egg white and coat with cornflour.
3. Fry in 1/4 cup oil till golden.
4. Sprinkle lemon when serve.
