1  1/2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp butter-melted
1 tbsp butter extra- melted

For filling:mix altogether
4 salad leaves- torn
1 piece left over cooked chicken- shredded
1 hard boiled egg- chopped
dash of black pepper
1 tomato-chopped
1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise

How to make Flat bread with chicken salad

For the dough:
1. Mix all the ingredients together except extra butter to form a non-sticky soft dough.
2. Cover and leave for 1 hour.Then divide into 5 or 6 balls.
3. Roll each ball on floured board, cut half way through , brush with melted extra butter and curl it up like a cone. Then fatten it, leave for another 10 mins.
4. Roll dough as thin as 1/4 cm thick.
5. Heat pan, lightly grease, cook flat bread 1/2 min on each side.Keep warm.
6. Serve with chicken salad and Tandori chicken.
