Ingredients
250gm glutinous rice flour500ml (2 cups) water
80gm sugar
Fillings:mix together well
300gm toasted peanut-grounded
80gm toasted sesame seeds- grounded
50gm icing sugar -shifted
For coating:
300gm rice flour- fry for 5 mins.
How to make Glutinous peanut balls-(peanut mochi)
1. For the dough, mix altogether and well blend. Pour into a greased tin, steam for 45 mins until harden.
2. Remove and stir until smooth.
3. Scoop a size of a tennis ball and flatten it, put in filling and seal into a ball.
4. Coat generously with rice flour before putting into paper cup.Serve in a day.

marianne49 saysI am glad , Its nice and easy to make , can keep for 2 days in cool place , make about 10 to 12 tennis balls..you can fill with any filling you like , if you cant get ground peanut, you can also use peanut butter chunky type.
