250gm glutinous rice-soak for 2 hours
1-1/2 coconut milk
1 tsp salt
1-2 pandanus leaves-tied a knot

For the custard:
2 eggs
75 gm sugar
175 ml coconut milk
1 -1/2 tbsp flour
2 pandanus leaves
1 tsp green pandanus paste

How to make Glutinous rice with custard top

1.Heat the steamer . In a oven proof dish, add the glutinous rice, salt and coconut milk and pandanus leaves. Cover lid and steam for 2 hours.
2.Using a spatula, press rice firmly down  so it looks compact.
3. For the custard: Mix all the ingredients and Grind finely in a blender, Sieve on top of rice and steam again further 1/2 hour.
4. Cool before cutting.
