Ham chi pang -( chinese spiral doughnut)

3 cups four
1 tbsp instant yeast
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp milk powder
1 cup warm water

For filling:
2 tsp chinese five spice powder
1 tsp salt
sesame seeds

How to make Ham chi pang -( chinese spiral doughnut)

1. Mix the dough ingredients and knead to a soft non sticky dough. Leave to rise double.
2. Place on floured board and roll flat 1/4 " thick .
3. Sprinkle filling over dough. Roll up like a swiss roll.
4. Slice 1 " thick and flatten it  to 1/4" thick.
5. Leave to rise again for 1/2 hour.
6 Deep fry dough in hot oil 250 degree celcius until golden brown.
7. Drain on kitchen towel. Serve while still warm.
