Ingredients
2 cups flour1 tbsp milk powder
1 tbsp instant yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp butter or olive oil
1/2 warm water
For fillings:
3 tbsp spaghetti sauce
3 hotdogs, sliced
1/2 white onion-sliced
1/4 capsicum- chopped in chunks
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 handful grated cheddar cheese
2 tbsp mayonnaise mix with 1 egg and beat till smooth.
How to make Hotdog pizza
1. For the dough mix altogether to form a sofy non-sticky dough. Leave to rise double.
2. Punch down dough and lay on floured board, roll flat and thin.
3. Pour sauce over flatten dough and sprinkle the remain ingredients accordingly.
4. Bake immediately at reheated oven of 250 C for 7 to 10 mins. Serve hot.
