1 large onion-chopped finely
1 tsp chicken granules
1/2 tsp chilly powder or back pepper

2 sheets frozen puff pastry-thawed or
6 pieces large popia skin.-(spring roll skin).
1 pkt hotdog
1 egg-beaten
2 tbsp sesame seeds

How to make Hotdog rolls

1.Preheat oven at 220 C , Lightly greased tray and line with paper.
2. Roll out pastry and cut 12 pieces, sprinkle onions and chicken granules and chilly powder.
3. Wrap each hotdog in it. seal by brushing egg at the side. and top , sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Bake for 18 to 20 mins or till golden brown.

when using popia skin, deep fry in hot oil till golden brown. This recipe can also be deep frying.
