1 cup flour
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp chilly powder
1/2 onion-sliced
1/2 cup bean sprout
1 tsbp chopped parsley
1 tbsp anchovies floss
1 tbsp dried prawns floss
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp salt

3 cups oil for deep fry

How to make Indian spicy fritters

1. Mix altogether to a smooth batter.
2. Spoon 1 scoop into heated oil at medium 200 C and deep fry on both side till brown.
3. Drain and serve hot with chilly sauce
