Ingredients1 cup yellow lentils-soaked overnight
1 red chilly-chopped
1 small red onion-chopped
2 sprig curry leaves-chopped
3/4 tsp salt
Oil for deep frying
How to make Lentil fritters
1. Wash the soak lentils , drain well.pound finely into a paste.
2. Pound the chopped ingredients coarsely. Add to lentil paste with salt.
3. Mix well. Shape into a small ping pong ball and flatten it.
4. Deep fry in low heat till golden brown. Serve hot.
NOTE: taste a bit like nachos but a little spicy, crispy from the out side and soft from the inside.
