Ingredients
200gm livers-cut into cubesingredients for marinate
1 tbsp chopped ginger
2 tbsp chopped garlic
3 tbsp chopped onion
1 lemon grass-chopped
20gm cumin powder
50ml coconut milk
1 green capsicum -cut into small square
1 red capsicum-cut into small square
For the sauce:
150ml coconut milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
15gm kerisik-( roasted grated coconut)
1 turmeric leaf-shredded
20gm chilly paste
salt
sugar

How to make Liver kebab with capsicums
1. Marinate liver for an hour and keep refrigerate.
2. Pierce livers in bamboo skewers alternately with capsicum.
3. BBQ on charcoal or grill till cook, basting the liquid on the livers.
4. For the sauce, mix altogether and bring to boil, add the remaining sauce from the marinate . Boil for 1/2 mins. 5. To serve. place liver on plate and pour sauce over.
NOTE:
you can replace meat if you dont like livers
