How to make love letter biscuits
1. Whisk eggs till thicken. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk to mix well to form a consistency batter, not too thick , not too watery.
2. Heat a flat griller, Grease well on both side . 3. Pour a spoon of batter on griller and close back the lit. grill under charcoal .7 mins on each side.
4. Open the lit and roll up quickly before it turn cool.
5. Store in air tight container.
NOTE:
the flat griller is 2 round thin metal clip together look like a huge tong.
