1 pkt kuih teow-(flat rice noodle)-500gm
1 bunch of spinach
150gm shelled prawns
2 cup bean sprouts
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp grounded chilly paste
2 eggs-beaten

How to make Marianne's char kuih teow

1, Warm the flat noodle in the micro oven if it is cold and harden for about 1 mins. Then wash under running water to loosen the noodle.
2. Saute the garlic and chilli paste.
3. Add prawns and spinach. Cook through. Add egg, Then add noodle.
4. Add bean sprouts and season. stir well to mix.
