Ingredients
2 cups flour1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk powder
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs- separated
1 2/3 cup fresh milk or water
1 tbsp butter -melted
How to make Pancakes for breakfast
1. Whisk egg white till frothy and stiff.
2. In another bowl, add remain ingredients including 3 yolks. Beaten till smooth thicken batter.
3. Add egg white using a metal spoon and mix lightly .
4. Heat a pan and spray grease . Spoon a tablespoon of batter and then cook 1/2 min on each side.
5. Serve with maple syrup, honey or chocolate sauce or jam.
