4 medium brinjals-
1 large onion- sliced
1 red chilly-sliced
10 medium prawns-shelled -split in half
4 lime- extra juice
100ml coconut milk

Ingredient to grind:
3 red chillies
1 " belacan
1/2 tsp black pepper

How to make Prawn brinjal in coconut milk

1. Boil 2 cups of water and add brinjals, let it cook but not mushy ,drain. cut 1" length.
2. Add onion and prawns to coconut milk and cook till prawns turn red. Add grind ingredients and cook till almost dry, Add lime to taste. Serve with white rice.
