Ingredients250gm fermented rice
1/2 tsp yeast
1 cup water
400gm rice flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup ice-cream flavour soda water
How to make Rainbow Chinese steam rice cake
1. Mix altogether and stir to a smooth batter like making a pancake. leave for an hour.
2. Divide batter into 3 parts, colour them red, green and yellow.
3.Spoon alternate colour of batter into paper cups and steam at high heat for 20 mins, Serve. Make about 12 cups
