Ingredients

For cold dessert:
1 bowl peeled rambutans
salt to taste


For rambutan drink:
1 cup peeled and seeded rambutans
1/4 cup sugar
1 litre cold water
crush ice

Garnish :
some whole peel rambutans
pineapple cubes

How to make Rambutan cold dessert and drink


1. For the cold dessert, simply mix salt and rambutans and keep in the fridge till you ready to eat them anytime.
2. For the drink:- Blend altogether till fine and add crush ice to serve. And garnish with some rambutan and pineapple and crush ice.

NOTE:
Rambutan can be eaten fresh after peeling , keeping it too long it becomes watery and spoil. So its better to peel them and keep in the fridge and you can eat anytime you want , add salt if you like salty taste.
