Ingredients

1 cup peeled prawns
1 piece white fish fillet-cut smaller
3 large tomatoes-poached- peeled-chopped
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
dash of black pepper
1/2 tsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp chopped onion
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 red chilly-chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice


How to make seafood with tomato


1. Heat 3 tbsp oil, saute chopped ingredients. add the prawns and fillet.
2. Then add tomato , mix well. cooked till thicken.
3. season  with remain ingredients.
4. serve hot with bread or white rice.
