Steam cabbage rolls with minced meat

Ingredients

4 pieces cabbage leaves-trim the hard vein
A:
150gm minced meat
salt and pepper
2 tbsp grated carrot
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp cornflour
B:
1/2 broccoli-cut into florets
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 cup chicken stock
salt and pepper

How to make Steam cabbage rolls with minced meat


1. Mix A and divide into 4 portions. Add each portion onto a cabbage leaf.
2. Roll up and fold. Place in a deep dish and repeat with the rest.
3. Arrange neatly in the dish. Pour stock over and put broccoli at the side and season.
4. Steam for 20 to 30 mins. Serve hot with rice.

    It looks very tasty... too bad my husband absolutely hates cabbage. I might substitute the cabbage with nappa/chinese cabbage which he will eat.
