2 sweet corns
1 cup sweet corn cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup evaporated milk

How to make Sweet creamy corn cold dessert

1. Slice the corn to get the kernel . you will get about 2 cups corn kernels. Steam till soft and cooked.
2. Bring the sweet corn cream to a boil , add sugar and vanilla. Stir well. add corn kernels. Off heat and cool.
3. Chilled in the freezer till 3/4 frozen and then scrap with a folk and there you get a nice cold slush! If you chilled longer it will turn into ice.

To get the cream corn- you need 2 to 3 corns, Sliced to get the flesh. Blend in blender till fine, Strain into a pot and bring to boil. you can also used canned cream corn if not fresh corn available.

    you're welcome , if you can get fresh corn , you can used canned corn too
