1 fresh water fish- clean and leave it whole.
1 tsp dried chilly
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 capsicum-sliced
1/2 french onion-sliced
1 large tomato-chopped
2 slices pineapple-cubed
1 chilly
1 red onion
2 pips garlic
1/2" ginger
1/8 cup sugar
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster
1 tbsp tomato sauce

1 mango-cut in cubes

How to make sweet sour fish with mango

1.Rub fish with  chilly powder, turmeric and salt. Heat 1/2 cup oil and fry fish till crisp and cook.Set aside.
2.Pound chilly,red onion,garlic and ginger. Saute pounded ingredients in heated 3tbsp oil. Then add tomato and pineapple.Add 1/4 cup water if possible.
3.Add seasoning and cooked til sauce is thicken.
4. Return the  fish , basting the fish with the sauce. Dish out and serve onto a plate. Garnish with mango.
