1 fish- cleaned well
1 tsp salt
dash of pepper
dash of turmeric
dash of chilly powder
2 slices pineapple- cut into cubes
1/2 cucumber or zucchini-cut into cubes
1 red chilly-chopped
1/2 onion-chopped
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp chopped ginger
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp chilly sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp lemon

1/2 cup water
oil for cooking

How to make Thai sweet sour fish

1, Slit the body of fish just to make 2 cuts.Marinate fish with ingredient A.Fry in heated oil till cooked. Drain and place on serving plate .
2. Take about 3 tbsp remaining oil from cooking the fish , saute the chopped ingredients C. Then add B . Mix well.
3. Add water and seasoning D.let simmer till thicken and pour over the fish and serve warm.
