Ingredients
1/2 can vegetarian abalone
1/2 can baby corn
a handfull of frozen peas and carrots
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sugar
a pinch salt
few drops sesame oil
minced garlic
1 tbsp corn starch ( for thickner)
water
How to make fake abalone with baby corn carrot and peas
- heat pan with sesame oil, add garlic sataue till flavor.
- add vegetaraian abalone, baby corn, peas,carrots, stir well.
- add water, oyster sauce, sugar, salt. stir well till simmer.
- Add the corn starch water, stir till simmer and ready to be serve.
