    okay i tried it- best cookies i've ever made!!! i made a few changes, though- i used half brown sugar, half white, and also fresh ginger (and tripled the amount). also, blackstrap molasses is probably the best way to go. thanks for a great recipe!!

    oh man this looks amazing! i love molasses and ginger cookies- personally i'll probably double or triple the ginger because i love it, but looks like a great recipe altogether! can't wait to try it- great picture!
