Bhindi (Okra) Fry Recipe

Ingredients
- Bhindi (Okra) - washed and cut into small pieces of appox 1 inch
- Few Potatoes chopped in long and thick slices - you can add as many as per your liking. But it should be less than the Bhindi
- Oil
- Musturd seeds
- Cumin Seeds
- 2 - 3 Currey Leaves
- Corainder Powder - 2 tspns
- Chilli Powder - 2 tspns or more according to your needs
- Turmeric Powder - 1.5 tspns
- Cumin Powder - 1.5 tspns
- Salt to taste
How to make Bhindi (Okra) Fry
Heat the oil till smoking point in skilletAdd one or two mustard seeds to check if they sputter immediately. If yes - the oil is hot enough.Now add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and curry leavesSaute for few seconds - make sure they dont burn.Then add potatoe slices and saute for some time, until the pototoe start turning slightly brown.Now add bhindi cubes and saute for sometime - 5 - 10 minsNow add all the spices and saute for sometime until bhindi is cooked well.Cook the dish without any cover over the skillet
