Ingredients

2 cans white tuna drained1 bunch of swiss chard, washed, remove leaves from stalk, chop stalks in chunks, tear/chop leaves in buncheshalf onion - choppedgarlic cloves (more if you love it, less if you don't) - mincedwhite wine - what you got on hand all good.1/2 lb whole wheat rotini1 can cannellini beans, drained rinseddozen mushrooms, your favorite varietycream of mushroom soup1 can full of milkolive oilsalt & pepper2 eggs

How to make Holistic Tuna Casserole


1. Boil salted water in pot, add pasta, cook just under al dente, drain set aside.
2. Meanwhile in sauce pan, medium high heat, saute onions and garlic, don't burn, add mushrooms, saute, then white wine, keep stirring, add swiss chard, stalk until tender, then leaves, add salt and pepper to taste while adding all elements.
3.  In casserole dish mix pasta with soup, beans, tuna, salt & pepper, two beaten eggs, milk, incorporate mushroom mixture, spread out in dish cover and bake 350 25 - 30 minutes until warmed through.
4. Optional, add potato chips or cheese on top and bake until browned.
