Ingredients
- Water
- Konbu (kelp)
- Bonito
- Mirin
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil (Toasted if possible)
- 1/2 an egg
- Spring onions (scallions)
- Pork
How to make Ramen
Because Pot Noodles just aren't good enough. Sorry...
Immediately before serving, top with a teaspoon of the sesame oil and a splash of the soy sauce.
You can also try other vegetables such as red bell peppers, and substitute the pork with a piece of chicken if you like.
