Bleu Cheese Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce = 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 8 ounces strong bleu cheese

How to make Bleu Cheese Dressing


Combine all ingredients except the cheese in a bowl. Crumble the cheese into chunks. Can be served immediately, but it's even better if you refrigerate it overnight.
