Ingredients
- 1 cup of nut butter (I used peanut)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup of cane sugar
- 1/2 cup of chopped nuts (I used pecans)
- 1/2 cup of chocolate pieces
- a pinch of sea salt
- tsp of baking soda
How to make Flourless Nutty Choco Cookie thing...
My dad was visiting and left half a container of peanut butter in the fridge. I'm allergic to peanuts. Friends say they are bueno!
- mix all the ingredients.
- scoop balls of mixture an inch apart onto a baking sheet.
- cook for 15 minutes on 350 deg. F
- freeze the suckers.
- give them to someone who can eat them.
