Ingredients

1 - 150 gr of chistorra
2 - 100g of potatoes
3 - 2 pieces of garlic
4 - Olive oil

How to make Chistorra with patatas


To prepare the chistorra:

1 - Deep fry the chistorra with a little olive oil
2 - Mid-cooking, add some salt
3 - 5 minutes in and when chistorra is dark red take out

To prepare potatoes:
1 - Fry potatoes in oil with some salt
2 - Add 2 pieces of non-peeled garlic
3 - 7 minutes in take out
