-coffee (add the amount you like) - water -evaporated milk/ condensed milk -sugar to taste
How to make Coffee seychelles style
This is how tea and coffee is made in the seychelles we never use fresh milk, as beef was very rare in the island,islanders used lots of evaporated milk and condensed milk instead.
1 boil kettle.
2In a mug add the preferred amount of coffee.
3 add water.
4 add sugar and using a teaspoon pour evaporated milk to the coffee until you have a golden caramel colour.
