Ginger Milk Tea Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 - 2 cups of sliced ginger
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup soy milk/milk
- 1 ts Matcha powder (optional)
How to make Ginger Milk Tea
Slice ginger in thin slices and then boil in a pot with water for about 15 minutes
Reduce heat and add brown sugar
Simmer for about 15 minutes
Heat soymilk/milk. Mix in ginger syrup to taste. (depend on your liking: add more ginger syrup for stronger and sweeter taste and vice versa)
Sprinkle matcha powder on top to serve
