Ginger Milk Tea

Ingredients

  • 1 - 2 cups of sliced ginger
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup soy milk/milk
  • 1 ts Matcha powder (optional)

How to make Ginger Milk Tea


  1. Slice ginger in thin slices and then boil in a pot with water for about 15 minutes

  2. Reduce heat and add brown sugar

  3. Simmer for about 15 minutes

  4. Heat soymilk/milk. Mix in ginger syrup to taste. (depend on your liking: add more ginger syrup for stronger and sweeter taste and vice versa)

  5. Sprinkle matcha powder on top to serve
