Ingredients

  • 2 Lebanese Eggplants
  • 3 Zucchinis
  • 1 White Onion
  • 4-5 Mushrooms
  • Whole Tomatoes or Tin Whole-Peeled Tomatoes
  • Bag of Pasta Shells (Any)

How to make Vegetarian Pasta


The Sauce

  1. Chop up all the Vegetables into small pieces.

  2. Heat the pan with oil.

  3. When hot add the Vegetables pieces and sauteed.

  4. Then add the Whole Tomatoes (Squashed into a pulp) or the Tim Whole-Peeled Tomatoes (same).

The Pasta

  1. Boil up some water in a pot, add salt for taste.

  2. Add Pasta Shells (Any) and occasionally stir for approximately 10 minutes or when al dente.

  3. When al dente, add to the pan with our sauce simmering away and mix.
