Ingredients
- 4 ripe avocados cut in half
- 1 glove garlic very finely crushed <mash mash mash>
- salt to taste
optional: - 2 or 3 tablespoons of the salsa or pico just made. squeeze of lime
How to make Elaine's guacamole
- Mash avocados
- Mash garlic with avocados
- Add salt
- Add pico/salsa/lime
