  • 2-4 Chicken breasts
  • 200 ml Garlic cream cheese
  • 2-4 Garlic gloves
  • Cheese to melt
  • Salt
  • Virgin Olive Oil

How to make Chicken in garlic cream souce


This is a simple, easy-to-cook yet delicious dish that anyone can make. The great thing about it is that you can do it in so many ways. I am going to show you how to make it the original way, then its up to you to do it as you please. This dish can served very elegantly for that special someone (mind you, it has garlic in it) or as a quick after work dinner.

Grill the chicken breasts on each side for about 2 minutes, then place them on a oven-proof plate.

Mix together the cream cheese, olive oil, salt and the squeezed garlic. Once the chicken is grilled and has been placed on the plate, put the topping on top of the breast and put some cheese on top. Place in the oven.

Grill in the oven for about 20 minutes. Serve with chilled white wine, rice and a side salad. Even delicious with bread.
