How to make Pork Ribs w/ Black Bean Sauce
This is a great recipe with many different meat/vegetable combinations.
Step 1: Heat up a wok. Add the pork ribs. (No need for oil as the ribs are a bit fatty). Stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the chopped garlic and ginger. Stir fry until meat is 3/4 cooked.
Step 2: Add about 3 tablespoons of black beans and cooking onions. Stir fry for about 2-3 minutes. Add 1/2 cup water, soya sauce, oyster sauce, hot peppers and bring to a boil. Add the remaining vegetables and cook until tender.
Step 3: Add the cooking wine. Mix the starch with cold water and add to the vegetable dish to create a sauce.
Step 4: Add about a tablespoon of sesame oil and serve.
