Ingredients
- 200g french beans (or baby fine beans), top and tail removed, and then finely chopped
- 3 eggs, beaten, and mixed with 3/4 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- coriander, for garnishing
How to make French Beans with Egg
- Heat oil in wok and stir fry garlic till light brown.
- Add chopped beans and stir fry over moderate high heat for 5 minutes.
- Pour the egg mixture slowly and stir thoroughly till the eggs are well cooked and no longer wet. Served with rice.
