How to make Grilled Eggplant with Miso
- Spread miso paste thinly on the eggplant.
- Brush oil lightly on the skin of the eggplant.
- Grill on medium heat till cook.
- Sprinkle spring onions and bonito flakes on top.
- Serve.
Note:
- If you want your eggplant to be more 'juicy', soak it in water for a minute and drain before using.

telliecoin saysOMG FAVE THING TO EAT EVARR! but i usually do it differently.. I cut into the eggplant halves the way you kind of cube a mango and then i basically plaster it with miso, a bit of sugar, salt and pepper and brush on some oil then shove it into the oven for about 15 minutes.
