Sesame Bok Choy Recipe

Ingredients
4 baby bok choy bouquets1/2 stalk shallot finely chopped
1 garlic clove minced
1 tablespoon chicken boullion
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon white rice vinegar
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon cooking oil
How to make Sesame Bok Choy
Separate bok choy into individual leaves. Mix soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, boullion, and shallots in bowl.
In a wok on high heat, add oil and then add garlic. Add bok choy and cook while stirring constantly. When almost cooked (should still be crispy so no more than a few minutes), add in sauce mixture and cook for another minute or two.
Serve and top with sesame seeds if desired.
