zaitekuHi, thanks for commenting! yeah I freeze my Yeast now so it lasts longer, and for this recipe, I make sure to use warm water and let it get going first for a while. I also let it rise fairly long. The reason is its a heavy loaf, so it needs that extra yeast kick I think. You can adjust it to your liking obviously, but it took a few try's for me as well to get it fluffy.

chrisbarrI just took this out of the oven and I must say it's very good! I think my yeast was bad and didn't rise much, so it's a rather thick feeling bread, but still good! I'll thy this recipe again once I buy some better yeast!
