- 60gr Shrimp
- 10gr Onion (diced)
- 10gr Straw mushroom (sliced)
- 5gr Red chili (sliced)
- 5gr Lemon grass (sliced)
- 5gr Galangal (sliced)
- 5gr Kaffir lime leaf
- 40gr Tom yam paste
- 250gr Chicken stock
- 5gr Fish sauce
- 5gr Lime juice
- 3gr MSG
- 2gr Coriander leaf
How to make Tom Yam Soup
- Add everything in the pot.
- boil all ingredients until cooked.
- Adjust seasoning and ready to serve.
