Ingredients
60ml illy Espresso (Medium Roast) 20ml Sugar Syrup Large Ice Cube Sparkling Water
Instructions
1. Chill a tall glassware. 2. Mix espresso, sugar syrup and ice cube into a mixing glass and shake for 8 seconds. 3. Fill the chilled glassware with ice cube and strain content from the shaker into the glassware. 4. Top with sparkling water.
