  • 3 cups instant rice
  • 8 cups water
  • 1 6oz can tomato paste
  • 1 15oz can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 15oz can cannellini beans
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons see salt

How to make Capri Rice

I start with boiling water in the pot, adding the rice, the tomato paste and the spices turning the heat down and stirring it. I let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes as I add the stewed tomatoes, cannellini beans and and capri style veggies stirring it some more.

    I'd give that a run, it sounds tasty. I'm not picky about rice, it's good no matter how it's prepared.
