Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 2 slices of whole wheat/rye/multigrain bread
- butter
- S&P
How to make Egg & Toast
- Bring water to a gentle boil and lower egg into water with a spoon.
- Cook for 4 minutes for L sized egg (60g).
- Crack top off with a knife, season with S&P.
- While egg's cooking, butter bread slice and toast until golden. cut into strips.

baby saysHow about boiling the water with the egg in at the same time, I do it and it doesn't crack as they're cooking at the same time. If it does start to crack pour salt in the water.
