Ingredients
2 Parts Shiro Soy Sauce (Also called White Soy Sauce)
1 Part Lemon or Lime Juice
Dash of Yuzu Kosho
How to make Best Dipping Sauce
When I have tough days at work, I make this sauce to dip sashimi or sushi.
The Shiro Soy is very salty so the citrus cuts it quite nicely.
Just combine the ingredients and don't forget to add fresh lemon or lime just prior to serving.
The picture isn't much to look at, but I have included my favorite brand of Shiro Soy.
