Ingredients
Makes about 100ml:- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 6 tbsp sake
- 3 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground ginger
How to make Easy Teriyaki Sauce
You can use this as a marinade or pouring sauce.
Mix everything together in a saucepan and heat gently until the sugar is dissolved.
