I made this dish as a main course on Saturday family dinner. It came after http://www.nibbledish.com/people/minitwob/recipes/mussel-hors-doeuvres and Capri salad, with http://www.nibbledish.com/people/ROKCO/recipes/refreshing-zucchini-and-potatoes as a side. I must say it was wonderful, really tasty and simple. I added 1 chopped chili (with membranes and seeds) to the marinade - try it out, gives a twist! Also that day we had http://www.nibbledish.com/people/thedabble/recipes/rosemary-baked-eggs for breakfast, so if you want to have really fragrant eggs accept my recommendations for this recipe.

Hey there, thanks for this SUPER EASY recipe! Can I use simple mustard sauce?

Hi yashgupta21 It's my pleasure! Yeh you can use normal mustard sauce - the wholegrain is just a personal preference really. You could even try honey mustard if you have it, that would probably be quite tasty too. Hope it turns out well, let me know! Cheers Hungry Jenny x

A lady was cooking; and in this recipe there is: eggs or egg-whites, dijon mustard, orange zest and I believe water in a bowl. You take the chicken and dip it in this mixture, then coat the chicken with crushed almonds and something else. Then you cut away all of the orange pulp from the orange that you got the zest from and pan fry it. Now, this is all I can remember, and I am dying to know the rest of it.
