Ingredients
- 2 pieces of breaded cod (because why would you want to eat any other type of fishy fish, yes?)
- 1 slice of kraft extra-lite cheese
- 1 leaf of arugula
- 1 elongated soft, billowing butter roll (must billow)
- God's gift to man. No, not Juliette Binoche. Butterrrr.
- wholegrain mustard
How to make Le Filet Authentique Des Poissons
- Grill the fish in the oven until fully cooked, turning once or twice. (No more, no less!)
- Slice the bread in half horizontally. Make sure you do it horizontally or it will be very difficult to eat. Use a child's geometry set if you have OCD. Iron chef does not judge. But please, wipe it down first.
- Grill the bread for a couple of minutes to toast. (A couple = officially two, but please use your eyes. And nose.)
- Butter the bottom slice. Spread mustard on the top slice. You can choose which you want to make the top and which the bottom. Ha ha!
- Fold the cheese slice in half and put it on top of the fish. Grill until melted. Eyes, eyes, use your eyes!
- Put the bottom slice of bread on the plate.
- Put the fish and cheese on top of it.
- Put the single (washed) leaf of arugula on top of the cheese.
- Put any other sauces you want (Iron chef is giving you a choice now. You take it, yes?)
- Put your left leg in.
- Do the hokey pokey.
- Shake it all around.
- Put the top slice of bread on top.
- CONSUMMATE! No no, sorry, I confuse my English. Consume.
- Is no more. Voila!

omg yammi.. looks so good.. but omg.. what do you mean with "put your left leg in"?? :D
